Our vision at A Senior Connection is to provide dignified placement and continuation of care for all. We specialize in assisting adults and seniors to locate the most appropriate Care Community or Personal Caregiver to meet the specific physical, financial, and social needs of our clients.
In addition, we launched our Transitional Care Program™ to Healthcare Providers in 2015, designed specifically for transitioning all levels of complex patients from an acute setting to a community that meets their specific care requirements.

Unfortunately, at this time, in the State of California, like so many other states, agencies such as ours, are not regulated and often find agencies who practice in an unethical manner. We take the extra steps to ensure we follow regulations set forth in other states and national best practices. We are professionally bonded and insured under the Senior living Referral and Placement policies for peace of mind.
We pride ourselves on being pioneers to "Leading the Way, The Right Way!" All the Staff at A Senior Connection are Employees and are thoroughly background checked prior to employment. We hold a professional business license and follow all rules and laws governing employers; (i.e., workers compensation, professional and general liability).
We believe it is important for all team members to have vast knowledge on the aging process to provide accurate, current, and valuable information to our clients. We provide training on a continual basis for all Employees, on a variety of subjects pertaining to the elderly population, from Alzheimer’s and Dementia to Hospice, new Laws and basic CPR and First Aid. Employees are also given training on Residential Care Facility For The Elderly (RCFE) Policies and Procedures, Title 22; Division 6; Chapter 8; by the State Of California Health And Human Services Agency, Department Of Social Services, and continue to stay apprised of changes and additions to the regulations.
ASC understands the importance of client privacy and we ensure our hardware and software are provided with the proper security encryption tools to preserve our client’s information with the utmost protection. All ASC Employees are trained on all HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
Relationships we Build
Coordinating care is centered around a network of various healthcare professionals. The process is overwhelming and can be difficult to determine where to start, we take the time to build strong relationships with our partners and locate proper resources in the community to ensure we are recommending the most appropriate options to our clients.
A Senior Connection and its Employees do not work directly for, or own any of, the Care Communities we work with, as this would be a conflict of interest and against our Core Values. We believe in building strong relationships with the Communities and Agencies that provide a variety of services to our clients. Our trained Care Consultants and Specialists visit communities from Memory Care to Independent Living on a regular basis and consult the Department of Social Services for licensing deficiencies. Our team only refers to those communities which have been screened and meet our high standards of quality. Have peace of mind knowing that you have an ethical, honest, and caring personal connection to guide and educate you to the most appropriate care options for your loved one.
