What We Are About
Our vision at A Senior Connection is to provide dignified placement and continuation of care for all. We specialize in helping adults and seniors locate the most appropriate Assisted Living Community, Residential Care Home, Memory Care and/or Independent Living Facility. We also help coordinate Caregivers to assist with a broad range of non-medical care services provided in the comfort of your home.
We plan and coordinate all services needed for the most optimal and effective outcomes for our clients and our partners. Our mission is to be a leader; Providing innovative solutions with ethical practices to support the placement of any patient.

What Makes A Senior Connection Unique
Currently, agencies like ours in the state of CA, are unfortunately not regulated. However, ASC prides themselves in being pioneers to "Leading the Way, The Right Way!" All staff goes through thorough background check prior to being hired. We cover workers compensation, professional and general liability, and hold a professional business license. All staff are employees of ASC and are not sub-contractors. Our staff does not work strictly off commission as many others do, this is to ensure our clients are always receiving guidance based upon their specific needs.
A Senior Connection and it's employees are not affiliated with any Care Facilities; We network and build relationships with communities and agencies to best understand the services they are able to provide. Our trained Care Consultants and Specialists visit all levels of communities regularly and check for licensing deficiencies. Our team will only refer to those communities that meet our high standards of quality. Have peace of mind knowing that you have a personal connection to guide and educate you to the best and most appropriate care options for your loved one.
We believe it is important for all team members to have a vast knowledge on the aging process. That is why we ensure training is provided on a continued basis to all staff. Our staff is trained in Title 22 Rules and Regulations for Care Facilities and continue to stay apprised of changes to the regulations. Further education is provided on an array of areas from understanding Dementia and Alzheimer’s to Hospice and basic CPR and First Aid training. All ASC staff and communication follow HIPAA guidelines. We also take the time to invest in researching the resources that our clients may need. This may include: Financial Advisors, Medi-Cal Specialists, Veterans benefits and much more.
As part of our vision in providing dignified placement to all, A Senior Connection launched their Transitional Care Program in 2015 to begin to service the complexity of patient care. It was designed specifically for transitioning all levels of complex patients from the hospital to a facility that meets their very specific care requirements. Our Program proves to be an effective and highly successful solution to meet the needs of both the patients and healthcare providers.
