The State of California has no regulations on placement agencies and very few laws regulating senior placement agencies.  Locally, some placement groups operate without a business license and do not have insurance.  A Senior Connection is professionally bonded & insured, we are HIPPA and PHI compliant, and we follow the protocols and standards set forth by the National Placement and Referral Alliance.  We have been serving Sacramento’s seniors with our business license since 2014.
